DOES GOD LOVE THE WEALTHY MORE THAN THE MIDDLE CLASS?

This highly acclaimed eBook examines the sophisticated world of Economics & Taxes of which, are anything but simplistic. Tax cuts DO pay for themselves and more! One example: In the year 1997, the Capital gains tax rate was 29.19% and collected $79,305,000,000 (Seventy-nine Billion, Three hundred five Million Dollars) in tax revenue for federal government. However, if you fast forward to the year 2007, the Capital gains tax rate was 15.73% and it collected $137,141,000,000 (One hundred Thirty-seven Billion, One hundred Forty-one Million Dollars) in tax revenue for federal government.

Year: 1997 Capital gains tax rate was 29.19%, and produced $79,305,000,000 in federal tax revenue.

Year: 2007 Capital gains tax rate was 15.73%, and produced $137,141,000,000 in federal tax revenue

No, this is not a misprint. How is this possible you ask? Author Dennis L Binder Jr explains this phenomenon (among other subjects) with a meticulous format so that anyone can understand.

Taxation, the Economy & Individual Freedom

Click each tab to read a brief summary of all twenty chapters listed below:

CHAPTER 1 – THE WAL MART FACTOR

Revealing how the Middle Class & Working Poor, absorb the 'cost' of tax rates that are applied to large & small retailers, business and property owners. Therefore, the higher the tax rate - the more it harms ALL consumers. Also defined: how competition between stores and combined with low tax rates, makes products & services more affordable.

CHAPTER 2 – HOW TAX INCREASES – SHRINK THE ECONOMY & INCREASE UNEMPLOYMENT

Politicians who have been in office far too long (the establishment) and their desire for 'big government' has rendered too many types/indexes of taxes (49 & counting that are listed in this chapter) in addition to tax rates that are simply - excessive! Also listed are several examples of ridiculous government spending in the form of 'pet projects' so as to help incumbent politicians win re-election. The longer federal politicians are in office, the more they lose touch with the needs & wants of their constituents.

When American businesses and consumers are overtaxed, they have less money to grow their businesses & create jobs - and as a result, consumers can only afford fewer necessities & products to live a decent life. This chapter illustrates how raising taxes on the wealthy actually benefits the 'super wealthy' who can afford to purchase property & assets in a sluggish economy....a tax write-off in itself.

CHAPTER 3 – PRODUCTION & CONSUMPTION

Production & Consumption is the foundation of any sustainable population. But consumption needs to keep pace with production (equal commerce) and vice versa. Low 'tax rates' with equal commerce are key to driving a successful economy. Products have value - but if we didn't have money, American citizens would Trade & Barter. This means - money does not come from the federal government. Read more to learn how this all works. Also revealed: How a shortfall of producers with too many individuals being govt. dependent - would produce a shortage of consumer goods (including food) would lead to rationing! Then all the money in the world will not buy consumer goods - that don't exist!

CHAPTER 4 – TAXPAYER FUNDED GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE

America's 'safety net' is of the greatest importance - for those who really need it. But we have far too many individuals & unnecessary programs that are robbing our nation's assets. Our nation's social fabric has been purged by complacency, stemming from government programs, solicited welfare recipients & victim hood.

A brief look on how ALL government programs, spending and assistance are funded by the American producer/taxpayer. Therefore, America's existence, economic prosperity (money) and the safety net (government assistance) is produced & provided by the private sector via Capitalism, Free enterprise, Individual freedom and People who actually WORK FOR A LIVING.

CHAPTER 5 – HOW TAX CUTS – CREATE JOBS, INCREASE TAX REVENUE AND GROW THE ECONOMY

Comparing excessive tax rates - to a 15% flat tax rate alongside the operating procedures & financial transactions of a 'sample' construction company, this diagnosis clearly reveals how tax cuts - create jobs, increase tax revenue and grow the economy. Author Dennis L Binder Jr. explains these dynamics with simple math in a painstaking & meticulous format that is easy for anyone to understand. This chapter also lists numerous documented statistics from legitimate sources such as: Economic Policy Center, Cato Institute along with several others.

Here are just two of many examples, of increased tax revenue from reduced tax rates as compared to excessive rates:

*

Year: 1997 Capital gains tax rate was 29.19%, and produced $79,305,000,000 in federal tax revenue.

Year: 2007 Capital gains tax rate was 15.73%, and produced $137,141,000,000 in federal tax revenue.

These no-tax & 'low tax' policies also enable more individuals from the Middle class, to start a business & create jobs or simply become self-employed. This also enables much of the Middle class to improve economically as a result of job growth!

The preceding sources of documentation prove (without a doubt) that tax rate reduction for All income earners (including the Wealthy), increase tax revenue and create jobs. On the other hand, tax increases applied to businesses shrink the economy, job creation & tax revenue.

So, the question should not be: how can the middle class afford another tax cut for the wealthy? The question should be: how can the Middle Class & Working Poor afford to pay for another tax increase applied to the wealthy?!

CHAPTER 6 – THE IMPORTANCE OF GOVERNMENT

It is thought by many that almost all American citizens who reject 'Big-government' are anti-government. That is like saying: People who are against overdosing on medication - are anti Medicine! The role of government is very, very, very important. But like having your own house in order, it is properly structuring the levels of government - which is imperative to maximizing Democracy & Individual Liberty. To begin with, Federal government MUST become as small but efficient as absolutely possible - while returning more power to State governments. But most important of all, is to establish strong Local governments. Why? Because local government is where your community is located and where you live. There are thousands of communities across the U.S. and if each one had a strong local government as well as a strong local economy, America would be stronger.

This chapter also examines how the U.S. Constitution gives the American people more authority than they know. Constitutional authority & provisions such as: A Peoples Referendum, Initiative or Proposition and the Will of the People...… In addition to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution: Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, Freedom to Peacefully Assemble and the Right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances (when the citizens protest & demand change - regarding any government action or legislation that is contrary to: The Will of the People).

In general terms, Amendment X of the U.S. Constitution reveals: The American People/Citizens are the highest priority & most relevant (at ALL levels of govt.) in regards to the 'economic, social & constitutional' structure of our nation! After all, We The People employ (elect) individuals (politicians) FROM AMONG US - NOT ABOVE US, to conduct our nation's business and 'serve' the American People at ALL levels of Government:

1. We The People (American Citizens).

2. State Governments; City & Local Govt's - Politicians (public servants) employed/elected by American Citizens.

3. Federal Government - Politicians (public servants) employed/elected by American Citizens & Constitutionally authorized' to be managed by the States.

CHAPTER 7 – POWER & CONTROL OVER OTHER HUMAN BEINGS

If politicians in federal government know tax cuts grow revenue, the economy and create jobs - then why do they raise taxes? First of all, they do know. The simple truth is they really don't care if they take in enough revenue. They spend what they want. The exact amount of overspending fluctuates from year to year - nonetheless, the federal govt. continues to overspend and we are OVER 22 trillion dollars in debt and growing! Federal politicians obviously don't care! Their top priority is controlling the American People.

Global Warming/Climate change advocates/scientists and most governments exploit common ignorance & fear with propaganda to deceive the human race. In this chapter - the longest of this book, refutes this monstrous hoax with REAL Science & numerous Documented Facts - such as:

*

ATMOSPHERIC PURIFICATION:

Mother Nature has provided a 'cleaning agent' that scrubs away toxic air pollution, scientists have discovered. Many studies have shown that gases and pollutants in the lowest level of our atmosphere (Troposphere) break down naturally, thanks to molecules called hydroxyl (OH) radicals. But the breakdown spews out low elevation ozone - itself a toxic pollutant and a greenhouse gas. Not so in China's heavily industrialized territory next to the Pearl River Delta, where experts were stumped to find lots of (OH) radicals but relatively small amounts of resulting ozone.....

*

Here's a great explanation as to why this happens:

*

Unique photochemistry converts inert halide salt ions into reactive halogen species that deplete ozone in the boundary layer (Troposphere) to near zero levels. Since their discovery in the late 1980's, research on these ozone depletion events (ODEs) has shown the central role of bromine photochemistry (Tropospheric ozone depletion).

The call for a tidy planet should not come from governments - who are hard pressed to control the human race. A tidy Planet should be the result of good & responsible Stewardship of the land.

CHAPTER 8 – GUN CONTROL

Numerous, actual accounts of Guns saving lives & protecting the innocent. According to World statistics, Nations with more guns per citizen have lower crime rates.

The second amendment of the U.S Constitution not only gives us the right to protect our homes & loved ones, but also to protect society against the evil ambitions of tyranny - read more!

CHAPTER 9 – THE RICH GET RICHER & THE POOR GET POORER

This chapter explains how excessive tax rates applied to the wealthy - actually helps the largest corporations (and wealthy individuals) grow because they can easily afford to purchase 'assets' and/or 'property' left behind (a tax write-off/tax deduction in itself) as a result of 'Small business' bankruptcy/liquidation.

In a world in which the human population is constantly increasing - shouldn't this same population expand outward to Rural communities, rather than inward to larger towns and cities - of which, an increase (specifically in heavily populated areas) produces a 'shortfall' in resources for economic & social stability.

The remedy: Spread out the population! With incentives for increasing Micro Farms & Hobby Farms. Read how this process would grow current Small businesses and create even more Businesses thus, repopulating Rural America! Small towns are also the best environment to have a family & raise children.

To accomplish this, the best tools are: Reducing/minimizing tax rates, interest rates & eliminating excessive regulations. Increasing the number of Micro Farms and overall Organic food production would feed more individuals with healthier food thus, reducing the cost of healthcare!

CHAPTER 10 – THE FIRST COMMUNITY

Documenting the sacrifice & success of the Pilgrims who established the first: official community, of what eventually became the greatest nation in the history of Planet Earth. Also noted, the Pilgrims tribute of appreciation to God - and the first Thanksgiving!

CHAPTER 11 – “YOU DIDN’T BUILD THAT”, AND SEQUESTRATION

A nation’s wealth should be measured according to its production & assets stimulated with consumption (commerce via Capitalism). The less we produce, the poorer we become! The Trade & Barter dynamic (also explained in chapter 3), is a prime example of how - manufactured products, assets & services combined with consumption, are the real source of wealth. The value of money is not the currency itself, the value of money is the value the currency represents - such as: all types of Real estate (farm land, large properties, houses etc.), Human labor, natural resources, renewable resources, precious metals, rare coins and all manufactured products that retain long term value etc. The Trade & Barter dynamic is also a prime example of Capitalism and Free enterprise.

If there was no currency (money), we would simply exchange products & services to survive - which is proof positive that our nation's wealth does not belong to the federal government, it belongs to the American producer/taxpayer/citizen/consumer.

Also examined; are issues such as: universal healthcare, sequestration, stimulus programs, government greed & more!

CHAPTER 12 – HATRED FOR THE RICH & LOVE FOR THE LOTTERY

A brief look into the educational cost of Medicine and the legitimacy of incomes for medical professionals. Also analyzed, is the value of CEOs and the monumental need for Tort Reform.

CHAPTER 13 – IT TAKES A VILLAGE VS. SELF RELIANCE

There is a monumental effort by politicians/advocates/supporters of big government to destroy the dynamic of rugged individuality/self-reliance, that is, at least among the 'private sector' (but not the government sector). They tell us to live as part of a village in which 'everyone' is the same, and no one should even desire to exceed what is so-called, normal. This very ideology totally contradicts the natural born God given qualities of the human soul. These qualities surface when we first begin to crawl at the time we are tiny children. A few years later a typical child eventually masters the art of tying its shoes and riding a bicycle.

Self reliance is the redeeming quality that each individual possesses: the right to choose your own destiny - while building a greater nation!

Also, a look at personal testimonies of high-profile individuals who have benefitted from choosing Self reliance.

CHAPTER 14 – WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION

Depicting the failures of this very concept.

The 3 goals and end-results of Wealth Redistribution:

  1. Supplementing (prolonging/expanding) poverty - which grows/empowers federal government.
  2. Punishes those who work for a living.
  3. Enables federal government to become 'oppressive & filthy rich' on the backs of the American People.

This devious 'ploy' has enabled greedy politicians to allocate additional funds for employing more government workers & increase the size & power of government, first and foremost. BUT THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!

Read more on how these 'bad' policies can be stopped!

CHAPTER 15 – EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK & FAIRNESS

There are too many individuals who feel all wage earners (mainly business owners and employees) should be paid the same amount for their efforts. Yet the fact is, no two margins (types) of occupations are exactly the same but even more importantly, it is seldom that consumers have 'equal-need' for products or services provided by two different occupations. Add to that, it is very rare that any two people are equally productive. Therefore the notion of 'everyone' earning the same amount (in order to accommodate fairness), is just plain stupid because it is economically & socially flawed. In this world, life itself is not fair to all the people - all the time.

Understanding how fairness should not be the ultimate virtue - it should be mercy from our Creator. Therefore, the formula for establishing a 'strong' moral foundation and successful economy for any & all Nations: the Supreme Wisdom & Knowledge of God.

CHAPTER 16 –CHAPTER 16 – 'CAPITALISM & FREEDOM' VS. SOCIALISM

This chapter illustrates the advantages & successes of Capitalism & Freedom as compared to the detriments & failures of Socialism/Communism. The term 'Capitalism' is one of the most misunderstood terms there is. Too many people associate it with greed and destruction. But the dynamic of Capitalism is a basic and necessary realm of life. On the other hand, anti-capitalists are very ignorant to the fact. They fail to realize the food they eat and the money they have in their pockets was created via Capitalism - but it's even more basic than that. A wild sheep eating grass in the wilderness is an organic form of capitalism. Nature intended! On the other hand, the result of anti-capitalism is starvation. World statistics have revealed that approx. 100 billion people have perished in nations of which the government is both anti freedom (socialist/communist/dictatorships) and anti-capitalist.

One of the best ways to help people is to teach them how to help themselves. Sending food, medical care, and other supplies to the poor helps greatly, but not as much as helping a Nation learn to become Self-reliant & establish a strong and successful Economy etc.

Discover how the most significant hero of 'economic' success... is Capitalism. When a country’s entire economy grows, individuals’ financial outlook improves as well.

CHAPTER 17 – UTOPIA

Examining several important issues such as: Socialism, abortion, crime, terrorism and street protests. But effectively countering these detriments, is the need for higher morality.

One example: The 'fourth-tier' of the First Amendment clearly defines: Freedom (the right) to 'PEACEFULLY' Assemble! And there are better, more intelligent & more effective ways to protest. Also examined, the importance of Law & Order, benefits of self-education, effective 'peacekeeping', compassion for foreign countries & their citizens, contrition, personal responsibility and the proclamation that Individual freedom is America's greatest strength.

CHAPTER 18 – MINIMAL TAXATION

A continuation of chapter 5. Again, simple math along with documented government statistics, are highlighted to exemplify the enormous advantages of 'minimal' tax rates (15% flat tax) when compared to 'excessive' tax rates.

Explore how these tax policies could 'garner' a difference of up to 50 million jobs (or more), and an approximate 900 billion dollar budget surplus!

Tithing should be the perfect 'catalyst' for federal tax rates. 10% Tithe which applies to EVERYONE regardless of each individual's personal wealth. Moreover, this same percentage is permanent - it never changes however, because tithe is not mandatory, not every wage earner pays it. Yet, these Religious denominations make 'financial' ends meet regardless of their financial revenue. In other words, they always find ways to balance their budgets - they have to, but they do! Furthermore, even smaller than average denominations not only survive - THEY MARCH ON! If Religious denominations can make it work, federal government can do the same, no excuses. IT CAN BE DONE - especially since federal politicians view themselves as the ultimate intellects.

The Bottom Line: IF 10% IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR JESUS, THEN 10% IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR UNCLE SAM!

CHAPTER 19 – WE THE PEOPLE

A basic review of the previous 18 chapters...... and also stressing the importance of not only voting, but just as important, being involved in the political process - more than only a few days before an election. It is of the utmost importance to Vote based on facts rather than emotion.

This is all very important, because our daily lives are governed by politics.

Peace of mind is experiencing the good things in life...... as a result of residing in the 'greatest nation' in the history of Planet Earth - but realizing that it stems from the Glory of God! 'The Undiscovered Country' represents America's future, and as a nation of individuals, we can build a better one - but with the right policies. Find out more!

This chapter also commemorates those who have sacrificed - so that the rest of us, can pursue our hopes & dreams.
